I've heard the term "product-market fit" thrown around a lot, but I'm struggling to understand how to measure it objectively.
Our product has some users, and some of them are paying. But I'm not sure if we've truly achieved PMF.
What are the key indicators you look for?
- Retention rates?
- Organic growth?
- Customer feedback?
- Revenue growth?
What metrics or signals helped you realize you've achieved PMF? And what did you do differently before vs after achieving it?
